摘　　要：金山新城毗邻化工区,俯瞰杭州湾,有自己独特的区位条件和强有力的经济基础。金山新城总体规划围绕上述背景,充分发挥金山的区位优势,重点解决化工工业区与城市生活区的和谐布局问题,力求建设环境友好的综合功能滨海花园城市。Jinshan New District, adjacent to the Chemical District, overlooking the Hangzhou Bay, has its own typical location and strong economic base. Jinshan Master Plan was based on this background, and gave full attention to the Jinshan District advantage, focused on gathering the chemical industrial district and urban residention areas as harmonious neighbourhood, and strived to build environment-friendly of integrated land use as a coastal garden city.
