摘　　要：从新城发展的一般规律,揭示金山新城是以历史上形成的新城为基础,吸收新的发展要素,逐步蜕变为适应经济全球化趋势的新型综合城市,这一新城发展模式的优势与挑战都显而易见。因此,营造金山新城风貌特色和探索金山新城风貌的特色均具有重大意义。By the general development rules of new towns, this paper sets forth a development mode of new town in which Jinshan New Town has been gradually turned into a new comprehensive city adapted to the global economic trend by absorbing in new developing elements on the basis of the historically formed new town. This mode has obvious advantages and challenges. Therefore, it is of major significance to construct and explore the style and features of Jinshan New Town.
