摘 要:目的建立供实验研究的大鼠单侧肢体高压电击伤模型。方法采用自制电击伤装置,设定电压1KV,选择电击时间0.01s(A组)、0.1s(B组)、1s(C组),分组对大鼠右侧后肢电击,观测各组大鼠肢体创口大小、深度、肉眼及镜下创面变化、转归。结果电击伤后肢体即形成数倍于小电极板面积的创口,并在3d内渐进性扩大(P<0.01);伤后7d,创口损伤趋于稳定,各组创口面积、损伤程度及伤后10d创口深度比较均为C组>B组>A组(P<0.01),HE染色示血管、肌肉等组织损伤程度沿电流走形分布,距电击部位越近损伤越重,各组血管损伤范围明显大于其他组织。结论本模型复制成功,大鼠肢体形成损伤稳定,可复制性好;在不同时间电击作用下,各组肢体组织损伤程度及转归不同,适用于不同目的肢体高压电击伤实验研究。Objective To design and construct a specific device to generate severe high voltage electrical injury experiment on right hind limb of rats. Methods Thirty Wister rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Group A(last 0.01 s), Group B(last 0.1 s) and Group C(last 1 s) on the same condition of 1000 voltages and the different electrical duration. All animals of three groups were delivered electrical current by home-buih electrical injury equipment. Wound area and depth around the little electrode and injury degree of hind limb were detected. Electrical physiology and their histology changes of vascular tissue and muscle were observed in the morphology. Results The wound areas in 3 groups were gradually increased (P〈0.01) by progressive degeneration and necrosis 3 days after injury, and stabilize 3 days after injury. Compared with the wound area, injury degree in 7 days .and the wound depth in 10 days with in 3 groups were significantly different (Group C〉 Group B〉 Group A, P 〈0.01). Histology showed vascular tissues had more extent and serious injuries than muscles. Conclusions Different degree of high voltage electrical injury could be successfully constructed by selected electrical last time and the condition of one kilovolt. This model has simple process and stable experimental results, and maybe be a feasible experiment model of high voltage electrical injury.
