摘　　要：目的评价Apofix颈后路内固定治疗齿状突骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法对2000年3月～2005年7月收治的16例齿状突骨折脱位患者均行颈后路C1,2Apofix植骨内固定。结果寰枢关节及骨折复位满意,16例皆达到齿状突骨性愈合。结论Apofix内固定手术治疗齿状突骨折脱位手术操作简便,复位固定可靠,恢复快,疗效满意,勿需术中X线定位,适合基层医院推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Apofix internal fixation in treatment of odontoid process fracture combined with atlantoaxial dislocation. Methods Sixteen eases of odontoid process fracture combined with atiantoaxial dislocation were analyzed retrospectively from March 2000 to July 2005. All cases were treated with Apofix internal fix C1 to C2 from the posterior approach. Results Dynamic radiographies showed stability of atlantoaixal joint. Bony fusion was found in 16 cases. Conclusions For orlontold fracture combined with atlantoaxial dislocation, Apofix internal fixation is characterized by simpleness, effectiveness and fast recovery, It does not based on position by X-ray in operation and is suitable for basic level hospitals.
