摘　　要：为加速湖北经济发展,促进区域产业升级,提升湖北在中部崛起中的地位与作用,从理论与实际的结合上论述了制造业的地位及作用;运用问卷调查及数理分析的方法,对湖北省大型制造企业自主创新进行了实证研究,认为振兴湖北制造业是振兴湖北经济的中心环节,提升自主创新能力是振兴湖北经济的战略重点。提出了政策法规体系、教育人才、产业集群机制以及文化创新4个方面的对策思路。In order to accelerate the economical development rate and upgrade the regional industry of Hubei, the position and function of manufacturing - enterprise were expounded based on the combination of theory and practice. By applying the data of questionnaires as well as some analysis of mathematical statistical method, the empirical research of large - scale manufacturing - enterprise of Hubei was discussed. By concluding that promoting the ability of independent innovation is the core strategy of promoting manufacturing - enterprise of Hubei, some developing strategies were put forward from the perspective of policy, education, and industry cluster and culture innovation.
