摘　　要：研究了风险企业的培育管理程序,对培养目标制定、培育过程管理、培育评价和决策行为各过程进行了分析,在此基础上构建了由培育效果评价和成长性评价构成的风险项目培育评价体系。采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法构建了培育目标拟合度模型,并对评价的可能结果进行了综合分析,提出了相应的处理方法。The cultivation management process in venture enterprises was studied. Based on the analysis of the different processes of the formulation of the cultivation target, the management of cultivation process, and the evaluation of fostering and decision making behavior, the evaluation system of venture projects consisting of the fostering target evaluation and growing - up evaluation was set up. AHP/layer analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were adopted to set up the model of goodness - of - fit index of fostering target. The possible results of the evaluation were analyzed and some corresponding strategies were put forward.
