采油厂基础管理监督体系的建立与实施

摘　　要：结合油藏经营管理改革下孤岛采油厂监督管理工作的实际,介绍了采油厂基础管理监督体系建立、实施、考核的具体方式、经验以及取得的效果。该体系的建立促进了采油厂生产现场整体管理水平的提高,同时对油田同类型生产企业规范生产运行、杜绝安全隐患起到了较好的指导作用。According to practical management and supervision work in Gudao Oil Production Plant under the reform of reservoir operation and management, an introduction is offered to specific approaches, experiences and obtained effect of establishing, implementing and examining the fundamental management and supervision system in oil production plants. It is presented that the establishment of this system promotes the whole management level in production fields of oil production plant, and also play an instructive part in normalizing production operation and avoiding potential safety hazard in other similar oilfield enterprises.
