摘  要:目的为临床肺移植及肺叶切除术提供解剖学依据。方法解剖成人尸体40具,对80个肺进行解剖学观测。结果支气管动脉在肺根处行于左支气管的上、下缘及右支气管的后壁和下缘,并紧贴支气管壁,在肺根处外径为l.70±0.5 mm。40个左肺有完全性肺裂者32例(80%);40个右肺有完全性斜裂者33例(82.5%),有完全性水平裂者31例(77.5%)。根据连结组织量的多少肺叶间连结可分为4型,以I型为主(占50%)。结论支气管动脉与胸廓内动脉管径相近,且在根处恒定易于游离,二者吻合较为理想。肺叶切除术中应注意迷走支气管及血管的出现。Objective To provide anatomic basis for lung transplantation and pulmonary lobectomy. Methods 80 lungs from 40 dead bodies were observed anatomically. Results The bronchial arteries in the root pulmonis were through margo superior and inferior of bronchus sinister,poster wall and margoin of bronchus dextra. Its diamerter was 1.70 ±0.5mm. 32(80% ) of the 40 left lungs showed all fissure pulmonis;33 (82.2%) of the 40 right lungs showed all fissura oblique and 31 (77.5%)all fissure horizontalis. According to the conjunction with lobes pulmo- his,they were divided into 4 types and type I constituted more than 50%. Conclusion The diameters of bronchial artery and thoracica interior artery are similar. The latter is steady and easy to drift away. Care should be paid to the appearance of wrong path bronchi and blood vessel in the pulmonary lobectomy.
