经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症

摘　　要：目的评价经尿道等离子双极汽化电切术治疗BPH的安全性和疗效。方法采用经尿道前列腺等离子体汽化电切术(TUPKVP)治疗BPH74例。结果手术时间平均80 min,术中出血少,无电切综合征和闭孔神经反射发生。术后随访6个月,IPSS由术前28.4±2.0下降至术后11.3±3.4,最大尿流率由术前平均(6.1±2.4)ml/s升至(21.2±2.0)ml/s。结论经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的方法。Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of transurethral Plasmakinetic vaporization of the prostate. Methods 74 cases of BPH （benign prostatic hyperplasia） were treated with TUPKVP. Results The average time of operation was 80 min. There was less blood loss and no transurethral resection syndroMe or obturator nerve reflex occurring. All patients were followed up for 6 months postoperatively, the IPSS decreased from 28.4 ± 2.0 to 11.3 ± 3.4, and the Qmax increased from 6.1 ± 2.4 ml/ s to 21. 2 ± 2.0 ml/s. Conclusion TUPKVP is a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of BPH with less complications.
