摘 要:CPG500型高速铁路铺轨机组是在充分吸收国外同类型产品技术的基础上进行国产化研究开发的新型铁路工程装备。与国外同类型产品相比,牵引力有了较大提高,铺设轨条长度增加了200 m,主机(作业车和动力车)技术进行了优化改进。该机组采用单枕连续作业法,为轨枕布设和钢轨铺设一体机。采用履带式牵引装置与轮轨式动力轴联合操控牵引的方式,并介绍了CPG500型高速铁路铺轨机组的性能参数、主要结构和技术特点。CPG500 high- speed railway tracldayer unit is a kind of new type railway engineering machine of domestic research and development on the basis of fttlly absorbing foreign same kinds of products technology. Comparing with foreign same kinds of products, the draft force of CPG500 tracklayer unit is greatly improved; the length of tracklaying is increased by 200m; the technology of major trait (operating ear and power car) has been optimized and advanced. A single sleeper continuous working method shall be employed for the unit, and the machine is of integrated type of tracklaying mad eresstielaying. The drafting operation shall be in such manner of being operated and controlled by track unit in combination with wheel - rail type power shaft. This paper intreduees performance parameters, principal structure and technical characteristics of CPG500 high- speed railway rail tracklayer unit.
