四川核桃安全卫生品质指标的研究

摘  要:在开展产地环境质量监测和评价的基础上,对四川核桃的安全卫生品质进行专项调查和研究。结果表明,四川核桃(果、仁)的重金属含量及农残量指标均符合国家绿色食品相关标准要求,表现了四川核桃产品无毒、无害和食用安全的特点。根据研究结果提出四川核桃安全卫生指标,可指导全省核桃绿色食品开发和生产。A special investigation on safety and sanitation quality of J. regia in Siehuan Province was conducted based on the environment quality inspection and assessment of producing areas. The results demonstrated that related indices of heavy metal content and rudimental pesticide from fruit and kernel in J. regia were in accordance with sanitation regulations of green food, and related J. regia products in Sichuan had no poison and no harm, and were safe for consumption. The safety and sanitation standard for J. regia in Sichuan had been put forward based on research results,and it could be used to direct green food development and production of J. regia in Sichuan.
