摘　　要：论述科技创新及其在当代经济社会的发展趋势,探讨改革开放以来中国经济社会发展中存在的诸多问题,分析统筹经济社会发展与科技创新的关系,并指出在解决中国经济社会发展问题中,科技创新起着特殊重要的作用。The paper elaborated the sci-tech innovation and its development trend in the contemporary economic society, discussed the problems in China＇ s economic and social development since the reform and opening up, analyzed the relationship of sci-tech innovation and making overall plans of economic and social development, and pointed out that the sci-tech innovation has a key function in solving the problems in the China＇s economic and social development.
