摘　　要：华东电网公司采用计算机软件技术建设了包括网络监视系统、资源管理系统及电子运维系统三大功能模块的统一运维平台,提高了电力通信运行管理水平和工作的效率。文章介绍了综合网管系统建设的背景、采用的技术手段及系统取得的效果,总结了综合网管系统的建设经验,并对综合网管系统今后的发展和完善提出了建议。An integrated power communication network management system was constructed by East China Grid Company. By using computer software technologies, this system composes of three functional modules ： network supervisory, resource management and electronic operation ＆ maintenance. These three modules operate at the same platform which highly improved the efficiency of daily maintenance. This paper reviews the background of system development, the key technologies and the results, summarizes the ex- perience during the project construction. Some suggestions for improving the integrated network management system are also provided in the paper.
