摘　　要：随着河南电网的建设和发展,河南电力通信网已无法满足科学化、信息化、精细化管理需求。文章简单介绍了河南电力通信网概况和综合网管的发展趋势,分析了河南电力通信网综合网管系统的设计建设原则、思路和需求,并对其整体建设方案进行了阐述。This paper introduces the current situation and developing trend of Henan Power communication network and its integrated management system. It analyzes the requirements, plans and design principles of the system. The construction scheme of the system is also discussed in the paper.
