摘　　要：随着环境管理工作和决策要求的不断提高,对环境信访处理提出了更高的要求。利用广域网技术,实现城市级环保投诉联网处理是适应现代环境管理要求的。以南宁市为例,对系统软件的设计与实现进行了较详细的介绍与分析,说明了系统给环境管理工作带来的便利,并对系统的发展前景作了展望。There is higher and higher requirement for handling environmental complaint with increasing requirement of environmental management and decision - making. To use wide area network technology realizes the networking of environmental complaints under city - level. The design and realization of system software used in Nanning are introduced in detail. It shows that the method brings great conveniences for environmental management. In the end, the trend of the system development is predicted.
