摘 要:阐述了鞍钢无料钟布料模型的开发与应用,重点分析了模型对料流阀开口度、料面形状和矿/焦比分布应用的结果。选择料流阀开口度采用三种方法,一是理论计算方法;二是利用实际测量数据对理论模型进行修正后,采用体积流速计算方法;三是利用实际测量数据对理论模型进行修正后,采用重量流速计算方法。通过对比三种方法结果,认为采用体积流速计算方法最能够保证布料过程料层均匀,无料钟布料模型可以实现对各种布料制度、料面形状的计算。The development and application of burden distribution mathematical model of bell - less blast furnace in Angang are explained. The application results of the model in the opening of charge flow valve, charge level shape and ore to coke ratio distribution are emphatically analyzed. Three methods should be adopted to select opening of charge flow valve, the first is the method of the- ory calculation, the second is that of volume flow rate calculation applying after correcting theory model with actual measuring data, and the third is that of weight flow rate calculation applying under the same condition of the second. By comparing the results of the three methods, the second method is considered to be the most suitable to ensure charge layer homogeneity during burden distribution, and the calculation for various burden distribution schedules and the charge level shapes can be realized by the model of bell- less burden distribution.
