摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢450MPa级高强度耐大气腐蚀带钢的研制过程。其工艺特征为"Nb、Ti微合金化+控轧控冷";通过组织单一化控制使产品得到良好的耐大气腐蚀性能;通过细晶强化及钢质纯净化控制生产出各项性能指标优异的450MPa级产品。同时还进行了配套焊材和焊接工艺的开发。The development process of 450 MPa high strength weather -proof strip steel is introduced. Its technology is characterized by Nb and Ti microalloying and conrolling and concooling. The products with good weather - proof properties can be obtained by controlling single microstructure. And 450MPa products with each excellent property index can be produced by fine grain strengthening and purification steel controlling. At the same time, the development of a complete set of weld mate- rials and welding process have been also made.
