摘　　要：研究了PCBN刀具硬态干式切削淬硬钢SKD11,着重讨论了淬硬钢SKD11硬态干式切削过程切削温度的问题,研究了切削用量、工件硬度等对切削温度影响,给出了PCBN刀具应用建议。Dry cutting of hardened steel SKDll using PCBN tools is researched. The problem of cutting temperature is mainly discussed on dry cutting of hardened Steel SKD11. The effect of cutting parameters and parts hardness are investigated on cutting temperature, the advices of practical PCBN tools are finally obtained.
