摘　　要：通过对需修复的电机转子轴的分析,制作工装。用该工装成功解决了顶尖孔被损坏的轴的修复,节约了外购资金,缩短了修理周期。用该工装修复后电机转子轴在使用过程中没出现任何质量问题,效果良好。The need to repair the motor rotor shaft analysis, production tooling. Equipment used successfully resolved the top hole of the damaged shaft repair outsourcing savings funds to shorten the repair cycle.
