大型振动筛激振器振动测试与故障分析

摘　　要：在对某大型振动筛试验过程中发现激振器出现振动异响,为找出故障产生的主要原因和消除振动异响提供理论依据,对振动筛激振器进行了振动测试和长数据FFT计算。通过频谱分析,找出了故障产生的主要原因,并通过振动筛拆机检查验证了诊断结论。It was discovered that the shaker of the large - scale vibration screen vibrated abnormally and gave off peculiar sound during testing. In order to find out the primary cause of the faults and to provide the theory basis for eliminating the abnormal vibration and peculiar sound, the vibration test on the shaker of the large - scale screen were carried out and the long data was used to do FFT computation. With the spectral analysis, the primary fault causes were found, and the diagnosis conclusions were confirmed through disassembling and inspecting the shaker.
