摘  要:以压电式电/气转换器上承受变载荷的压电复合圆盘为研究对象,设计了测试其电疲劳性能影响因素的正交实验,并利用压电陶瓷电疲劳机理对实验结果进行了分析。通过全尺寸模拟疲劳实验,测出了影响其疲劳性能的显著性因素、次要因素以及摈弃因素。结果表明,频率对其性能影响与实验误差的影响基本相同,可忽略,为以后提高加载频率加快实验速度提供了实验依据。Based on the piezoelectric composite discs, which is used in the EPI and is the component received variational loads, an orthogonal experiment was designed to test the electric fatigue performances. Using the mechanism of electric fatigue of the piezoelectric ceramic, the analysis for the results was carried out. Through the experiment of the full-size components, the significant factor, insignificant factors and discard factors have been measured. From the results, the effect of frequency on the performance and the experiment errors was so small that it can be ignored; this provided an experimental gist for increasing the frequency to accelerate the experiment in the future.
