摘　　要：科技环境对科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升具有重要的影响。文章在研究科技环境对科技型人才聚集效应影响的基础上,提出了优化科技环境的对策,旨在提升科技型人才聚集的综合经济性效应。Technological environment is one of the important factors on technological talent aggregation; it has strong influence on the generation and the promotion of the effect of technological talent aggregation. Based on the research of the influence of technological environment on the effect of technological talent aggregation, this article proposes the countermeasures of optimizing technological environment ,aiming at increasing the comprehensive economic e{{ect.
