小剂量米力农和多巴酚丁胺治疗扩张型心肌病疗效比较

摘　　要：报告小剂量国产米力农静脉滴注治疗扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者３２例，并与多巴酚丁胺治疗组３０例进行疗效比较。结果表明，米力农治疗的患者总有效率达９０．６％，明显高于多巴酚丁胺治疗组６６．７％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。米力农治疗组心胸比率回缩值、ＬＶＥＦ、Ｅ／Ａ显著高于多巴酚丁胺治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而心率、血压两组比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示小剂量米力农是治疗ＤＣＭ所致ＣＨＦ的安全有效治疗药物。A　study　was　done　in　62　patients　with　congestive　heart　failure　(CHF)　of　dilated　cardiomyopathy　(DCM)　to　appraise　objectively　whether　the　effect　of　low　dose　milrinone　or　that　of　dobutamine　(Dob)　was　better.The　results　showed　that　milrinonegroup　had　higher　effective　rate　than　Dobgroup　(P<005),and　had　higher　shortening　value　of　cardiothorax　ratio,LVEF　and　E/A　than　Dobgroup　(P<001),but　there　was　no　significant　difference　in　heart　rate,blood　pressure　between　the　two　groups(P>005).It　shwed　that　low　dose　milrinone　was　safe　and　effective　in　treating　patients　with　CHF　of　DCM.
