摘　　要：2008年8月29日,海关总署发布2008年第63号公告,从2008年9月1日起,将氮肥及合成氨的特别出口关税上调至150%,并实施至今年12月31日。至此,今年以来国家已连续6次调整化肥出口关税。The global prices of energy and food are rising unremittingly, and the requirements for fertilizers exported from China have improved remarkably. To satisfy domestic needs, the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) issued a bulletin on 29 August 2008 increasing the special export tariff ratios for nitrogen fertilizer and synthetic ammonia to 150%. The period of validity is from 1 September 2008 to 31 December 2008. This is the sixth time this year that China has increased export tariffs for fertilizers. Exporters of fertilizers should understand the changes to avoid unnecessary risks. Here is an overview for your reference.
