摘 要:从主导企业利益的角度出发,建立了虚拟物流企业联盟的利益分配模型.在分析主导企业与各成员企业关系的基础上,对利益分配模型进行求解,提出了不同盟友的利益分配策略.对一般盟友,采取市场加价甚至市场购买的方法给其一定收益;对重要盟友,则采取基于Nash谈判模型的利益分配方法进行收益分配,从而使追求个体利益的盟友企业与主导企业的利益趋于一致,以实现虚拟物流企业联盟资源的最优配置.The profit distribution model of the virtual alliance is built from the point of the profit of the dominant enterprise. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the dominant enterprise and its members, we seek the appropriate profit distribution model and propose the management strategy of different allies. To the general allies, the profit could be accomplished by means of increasing marketing price, even by marketing purchasing. While to the important allies, the profit could be distributed by means of negotiations based on the Nash model. Thus we can make the ally enterprises which pursue only their own profits achieve the unanimity with the dominant enterprise, which can make the resources of the virtual alliance allocate best.
