摘  要:采用脱水蓖麻油制聚酰胺,将之应用于环氧树脂固化体系中,并进行了DSC测试、耐热性测试和力学性能测试,综合考察了该聚酰胺与环氧树脂固化体系(DCOPA/EP)的适宜配比。研究结果表明:当DCOPA/EP固化体系以质量比0.8∶1.0混合时,固化反应最完全,固化物的耐热性能最高,冲击、弯曲及剪切性能最强。The polyamide hardener was prepared by dehydrated castor oil. Differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), heat resistance tests and mechanical property tests were used to determine the fitful weight ratio of this kind of polyamide and epoxy resin (DCOPA/EP) curing system. Analysis of the results indicated when the weight ratio of the DCOPA/EP curing system was 0. 8: 1.0,the curing reaction was completed ultimately, the heat resistance of the system were highest and the resistant abilities of the impact, bending and shearing were strongest.
