摘  要:以苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为增容剂,研究了ABS/PA6共混物聚集态结构与力学性能的关系。结果表明:共混顺序的不同,导致了ABS/PA6共混物聚集态结构和力学性能有明显差异,共混物的聚集态结构与宏观力学性能有较好的对应关系,且随着分散相粒径的减小,共混物的拉伸强度与冲击强度都随之增大。PA6/ABS blends compatibilized with styrene-maleic anhydride(SMA) were prepared in a corotating twin-screw extruder with different blending procedure. A study on influence of blending procedure was conducted through observation of SEM. The relationship between morphology of PA6/ABS blends and mechanical properties were also discussed. For blends of PA6 dispersed in a ABS matrix, the effects of blending sequence on particle size changed greatly. Mechanical properties of PA6/ABS blends increased with the decrease of the particle size of dispersed phase.
