摘 要:采用SEM、材料力学性能、旋转流变等实验方法考察了乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)对聚乳酸/线性低密度聚乙烯(PLA/LLDPE)共混体系的微观形态、力学性能以及动态流变性能的影响。结果表明:E-MA-GMA的加入能显著提高PLA/LLDPE的相容性,分散相在PLA基体中有更加细微和均匀的分散,并呈现部分韧性断裂特征,材料冲击韧性显著提高,共混体系的动态损耗模量增大。The effectiveness of toughening poly (lactic acid) (PLA) with low linear density polyethylene (LLDPE) and ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(E-MA-GMA) was studied. It was found that the addition of E-MA- GMA could enhance compatibility between PLA and LLDPE. The phase morphologies of the blends with increasing content of E-MA-GMA were observed by SEM. The particle size of LLDPE decreased with increasing content of E-MA-GMA. Viscosity was increased by addition of E-MA-GMA. The mechanical properties of the PLA/LLDPE blends,particularly the Charpy impact strength were markedly improved by addition of a small amount of E-MA-GMA.
