摘　　要：通过分析松北区中小学现状,探讨了城市新区中小学专项规划的相关内容和方法,包括中小学生人数、用地、班级规模的估算和公办与民办中小学校比例问题、中小学校规划布局以及规划的实施等,以期更好地规划城市中小学校。By analyzing the status of primary and junior .schools of Songbei district, discussed the content and methods about the special planning of primary and junior schools in new urban district, including the number of students, land, estimation of class size, the ratio between public and private primary and junior schools, plan distribution and implementation of primary and junior schools, and so on, so as to plan elementary schools and high schools in urban better.
