摘　　要：对唐园假日新城工程预应力管桩施工成果进行了总结,详述了静压PHC预应力高强混凝土管桩施工质量监控要点,从而确保静压PHC预应力高强混凝土管桩的施工质量满足设计和规范要求。The author summarizes the construction achievements of the prestressed pipe pile of the project of Tangyuanjiari new city, detailedly describes the quality control points of the construction of the static pressure PHC prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile, to guarantee the construction quality of the static pressure PHC prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile to meet the design requirements and the standard requirement.
