摘　　要：针对传统交通信息采集技术存在的问题,提出了一种新型的交通信息采集方法——浮动车系统,研究了GPS技术和GIS技术的基本原理,通过浮动车系统中数据的采集和处理对GPS/GIS技术在系统中的综合应用进行了分析。Aimming at problems of traditional traffic information collected technique, it puts forward a kind of new traffic information collecting method-floating vehicle system, studys the essential principles of GPS and GIS techniques, analysis the compositive application of GPS/GIS technique in this system through collecing and dealing with datas in floating vehicle system.
