摘  要:目的:探讨脂代谢对正常人、糖耐量异常、2型糖尿病病人三者之间的影响。方法:对北京市东城区177例居民进行指尖毛细血管全血血糖、糖耐量试验及脂代谢指标的检测。结果:177例中,正常人24人、超重或肥胖74人、糖耐量低减26人、2型糖尿病31人、IFG6人、肝功异常及其他16人。脂代谢异常改变与糖尿病的阶梯状演变高度相关。结论:糖耐量低减是糖尿病前期状态,早期发现血脂的变化,能够延缓糖尿病阶梯状演变,预防及尽早治疗糖尿病。Objective: To explore the impacts oflipoid metabolism change/upon normal people, abnormal glucose tolerance and type 2 diabetes patients.Method: carried out blood glucose test of fingertip capillary vessels, glucose tolerance test and lipoid metabolism index test.Results: Of the 177 residents, 24 people were in normal range, 74 were overweight or fat, 26 had impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), 31 were type 2 diabetes, 16 had abnormal liver function or in other situation. The abnormal changes of lipoid metabolism have significant relationship with diabetes cascade develop. Conclusions: Impaired gtucose tolerance is the early change of diabetes. Find the lipoid metabolism change in early stage could delay the diabetes cascade develop and prevent or treat diabetes in good season.
