琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的:了解琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,对慢性充血性心力衰竭(简称:心衰)患者,心功能改善情况。方法:(1)对照组:给予常规抗心衰治疗,服药时间4个月(2)治疗组:在对照组治疗基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片23.75 mg,1次/d.逐渐增加至95 mg,1次/d,服药时间4个月。结果:对心衰改善两组比较有显著差异,应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片改善临床情况和左室功能,心率反应性增快者明显减少,降低死亡率和住院率。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片改善心功能作用肯定,安全可靠,价格适中。Objective： To understand the influence of Metoprolol sustained-release tablets on Chronic congestive heart failure. Method： （1）Contrast Group：To give conventional treatment to anti-heart failure, taking medicine to four months. （2）Treatment Group： To add metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group from 23.75 mg, 1 time/d; gradually increased to 95 mg, 1 time/d, and taking its to four months. Results： There were significandy different between the two groups on controling heart failure.Using metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets to improve the clinical conditions and left room function, Heart rate faster respoused by significantly reduced, and mortality and hospitalization rates had also be reduced.Conclusions： It was sure of Metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets improving heart function ,and safe, reliable, had an affordable price.
