摘　　要：目的:了解蒲公英对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:经口灌服醋酸地塞米松(DEX)诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,7d后经口灌服蒲公英,采用蒲公英和黄芪精口服液小鼠进行体液免疫功能测定。结果:蒲公英煎液具有促进IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4的分泌,即通过改善机体的免疫抑制状态,进而增强和调节机体免疫功能作用。结论:蒲公英有增强和上调免疫功能低下机体的作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Taraxacum Mongolicium on munune function in mouse.Method： Mice were given the Dexamethasone （DEX） by intragastrically with pipe,after 7 days of inoculated Taraxacum Mongollcium.the functions of humoral immunity were examined in the mouse after administrated Taraxacum Mongolicium andAstragalus Membranaceous. Results： Taraxacum Mongolicium could secretory the serum IL-2,IFN-γ as well as IL-4. Hence, we think that the medicines may recover the humoral immunity.Condusions： Taraxacum Mongolicium can enhance and adjust the immune funcuon of organism.
