摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病骨折病人围术期护理特点。方法:对26例糖尿病骨折患者行手术治疗,术前做好健康评估,心理护理,重点加强血糖监测,饮食控制。早期指导功能锻炼并做好出院指导。结果:26例患者中23例伤口一期愈合,3例二期愈合,随访无一例护理并发症。肢体功能恢复良好。结论:充分的术前准备,有效的血糖监测,是保证糖尿病骨折患者手术成功的关键。Objective： To discuss the features of perioperative nursing for diabetes mellitus patients with fractures. Method： The 26 patients was treated with surgical operation. During the peri-operation period made well health assessment for the patients before the treatment; provided psychological nursing; put premium on the monitoring of blood glucose and diet control; instructed dirigation in early phase and offered discharge guide of high quality. Results： 23 patients obtained primary healing, the others healing by second intention.There were no nusing complcations during follow-up. And well fi.mctional recovery of their pantomine. Conclusions： Adequate preoperative preparation and effective blood glucose monitoring are significance elements to guarantee the success of the operation for diabetes patients with fractures.
