摘　　要：目的研制疤痕止痒凝胶,并对其药效学进行动物观察。方法采用苦参碱、辣椒碱配制复方凝胶剂,分别以豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠试验,观察对致痒阈、P物质含量的影响以及抗炎作用。结果本剂型制备工艺可行,剂型稳定、外观细腻、质量可控。局部应用,具有提高动物的致痒阈、抑制致炎动物的肿胀度、降低皮肤P物质含量作用。结论本品使用方便,具有抗炎、止痒作用。Aim To develop scar anticnesmatic gelatum and observe its pharmacodynmic effect on animals. Methods Matrine and capsaicin were used to make up compound benzoyl peroxide, and cavy and mice were used to prepare an animal model. The impact on itching threshold and P material content as＇well as anti-inflammatory effect were observed. Results This dosage form possesses applicable preparation technique, strong stability, refined appearance, and controllable quality. Partial application can increase the animal itching threshold, repress turgidness of inflammation-causing animals, and decrease skin P material content. Conclusion This product is user-friendly and possesses anti-inflammatory and anticnesmatic effect.
