枳椇子水提物对小鼠耐寒 耐热 耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察枳椇子水提物对小鼠耐寒、耐热、耐缺氧的影响。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、诺迪康胶囊阳性对照组及枳椇子水提物高、中、低(800、400、200mg·kg-1)3个剂量组,灌胃给药7d后分别考察小鼠缺氧、-20℃寒冷以及56℃高温条件下的存活时间。结果枳椇子水提物能明显延长小鼠缺氧、-20℃寒冷以及56℃高温条件下的存活时间。结论枳椇子水提取物具有良好的耐寒、耐热、耐缺氧作用。Aim To investigate the effect of Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract on mice＇s resistance against cold, heat and oxygen deficit. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into five groups： control group , positive control group（Rhodiala） ,the low, middle and high dosage groups（800,400,200mg·kg^-1）. After 7 days,stress response was observed. Results Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract could obviously lengthen the survival time of mice at oxygen deficit, -20℃ cold as well as 56℃. Conclusion Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract can effectively resist cold, heat and oxygen deficit.
