摘  要:目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者的饮食干预方法。方法:对54例糖尿病肾病患者采取饮食干预,比较患者干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)及尿糖、尿蛋白的情况。结果:干预后患者的FBG、Cr、BUN与干预前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),且患者的尿糖、尿蛋白情况明显好转。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者采用饮食干预,配以适当的饮食护理,能减轻患者的临床症状,有效延缓糖尿病肾病的进展,提高患者的生存质量。Objective: To discuss the methods of dietary intervention on the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods : Dietary intervention was taken in the tretment of 54 patients with diabetic nephropathy, comparing the changes of FBG, creatinine, BUN, glucose in urine and urinary protein before and after intervention. Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of FBG, Cr and BUN before and after intervention ( P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ). The improvement was found in glucose in urine and urinary protein. Conclusion: Dietary intervention combined with nursing care in diet can alleviate patients' clinical symptoms and effectively delay the progress of the disease, and thereby increase the quality of life of patients.
