摘  要:不同Sr掺杂量(x)、Mg掺杂量(y)的LaGaO3材料采用固态反应法制备,用XRD进行材料相分析,用交流阻抗法研究了离子导电性。结果表明,不同Sr、Mg掺杂量的LaGaO3材料可由单一的立方相组成,也可由立方相和第二相组成,主要取决于Sr、Mg掺杂量;随x或y的增加,离子电导率σ开始增加,达到极大值后,逐步减小。当x=0.15,y=0.20或x=0.20,y=0.15时具有最高的离子电导率,σ可达到0.148S/cm;随测试温度的升高,离子电导率σ增加;ln(σT)与1/T曲线由两段不同斜率的直线组成;在较低温度下,氧空位扩散的激活能较高。Samples of Sr- and Mg-doped LaGaO3 (LSGM) were prepared using solid state reaction. Phase analysis was conducted using X-ray diffraction (XRD). Ionic eonductivities were also measured. Results show that ,for different x or y, St- and Mg-doped LaGaO3 are composed of only one phase(cubic LSGM) or LSGM and secondary phases depending on x or y. With the increase of x or y, ionic eonductivities increase,reach a maximum, then decrease. When x=0.15,y=0. 20 or x=0.20,y=0. 15, Sr- and Mg-doped LaGaO2 has the highest conductivity a= 0. 148S/cm at 800℃. With the increase of testing temperature, ionic conductivities increase. In(aT)- 1/T curve shows two lines with different slopes. Activation energy of oxygen vacancy at lower temperatures is greater than that at high temperatures.
