摘　　要：移植后新发糖尿病(NODAT)是一种器官移植前无糖尿病病史而移植术后新发生的继发性糖尿病,发病率较高。本文对NODAT的发病率、危险因素、发病机制及防治等方面的研究进展予以综述。New-Onset diabetes mellitus after transplantation （NODAT） is a significant compli- cation after transplantation and has shown an increasing incidence in recent years. This article reviewed the advantages of the incidence, risk factors, nosogenesis, prevention and therapy of NODAT.
