摘　　要：糖尿病肾病与糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病微血管病中最常见的两种并发症。由于二者同属糖尿病微血管并发症,发生机制和发生时间具有相似性,但也有异质性。一种并发症的出现可预测另一种并发症的发生、发展。认清二者关系可以在一系列相关征象出现时,提示糖尿病微血管疾病的发生、发展情况,便于更早的诊断、治疗,减少并发症的危害。Diabetic nephmpathy （DN） and Diabetic retinopathy （DR） are the most common micro- vascular complications in diabetes. Beeanse both of them belong to miemvaseular complications in diabe- tes, they share some similarity in pathogenesis and clinical duration, but there are some difference between them. The presence of one can predict the development of another. A scoring system that can predict the development of diabetic mierovaseular complications may facilitate the early identification of those patients so as to early diagnose, treat and reduce the harm.
