摘　　要：氨基甙类抗生素(AmAn)因具有广谱抗菌性和价格便宜等特点而被广泛应用于临床,但研究证实其具有严重的耳毒性不良反应。水杨酸制剂能有效防护AmAn的耳毒性。本文将对AmAn的耳毒性以及水杨酸制剂发挥防护作用的研究进展予以综述。Aminoglycoside antibiotic （AmAn） has been applied in clinic for its wide antimicrobial properties and low cost. However, AmAn has been demonstrated to have severe side effects of ototoxicity. Salicylic acid preparation can effectively protect against AmAn ototoxicity. This article reviewed the research progress of ototoxicity of AmAn and their protection of salicylic acid preparation.
