循环功能紊乱患者的神经外科麻醉处理

摘　　要：理想的神经外科手术麻醉要求诱导过程迅速平稳,维持过程镇静、镇痛好,不增加颅内压和脑代谢,无神经系统不良反应,停药后清醒迅速且无兴奋及精神症状,无呼吸抑制及残余药物作用。如果是老年或者合并心血管系统疾病的神经外科手术患者,其手术风险大大增加。因此,循环功能紊乱患者的神经外科麻醉显的十分重要。现将神经系统功能障碍患者心血管系统危险性评估、麻醉的方法与管理等方面予以综述。The perfect neurosurgery operation anaesth is fast and equability, keep good sedative and analgesia effects, not increase intraeranial pressure and cerebral metabolism, no nervous system ad- verse effects, patients awake fast ＂after use anesthetic, and not excited or psychiatric symptom or respira- tory depression or remain drug action. Neurosurgery operation patients if they are older or have cardio- vascular diseases, operation risk increase. So it is very important that neurosurgery anaesth on circula- tion functional disorder patients. This article reviewed about risk evaluation of cardiovascular system for circulation functional disorder patients, methods and management of anaesth.
