摘　　要：监测麻醉管理(MAC)是静脉镇静、镇痛、监测相结合的一种技术,在部位麻醉中使用该技术可使患者术中舒适,术后苏醒快。近年MAC在镇静、遗忘、镇痛、对呼吸循环的影响、给药方式及镇静深度监测方面都有了进一步的研究并积累了不少的成果。现就其在部位麻醉中的应用研究进展进行简要综述。Monitored anaesthesia care is a kind of anaesthetic technology combined with sedation and anal- gesia,at the same time the patients are monitored by anaesthetists. With MAC In regional anesthesia, patients felt comfortable, and recovered quickly, Much progress has been made in MAC in sedation, amnesia, analgesia, effects on respiration and circulation, administration methods, and etc. This article reviewed these achievements.
