高效液相色谱法测定九味肝泰胶囊中黄芩苷含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立九味肝泰胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。[方法]色谱柱为大连依利特C18(200×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1);检测波长274nm;柱温35℃;流量1min/ml。[结果]黄芩苷在10.6～106.0μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为97.00%,RSD=1.68%。[结论]本法方便、快速、准确,可用于九味肝泰胶囊的质量控制。[Objective] To set up content measurement of baicalin in Jiuwei Gantai Capsule. [Method] The chromatogram column is Dalian Yilite C18 （200 × 4.6mm, 5μm） ; the flow phase： carhinol- water- icy vinegar acid（50 ： 50 ： 1） ; the tested wave length 274nm;the column temperature 35℃ ;flow amount lmin/ml. [Result] In concentration of 10.6 - 106.0μg/mL, the baicalin has good linear relationship, r= 0. 9997, the average reclaim rate 97.00%, RSD = 1.68%. [Conclusion] The method is convenient, quick,correct,can be used for quality control of Jiuwei Gantai Capsule.
