摘 要:本试验以4个不同熟期陆地棉品种与5个海岛棉品种采用不完全双列杂交设计,配制20个组合,对F1代的8个产量性状及5个纤维品质性状进行种间杂种优势分析。结果表明:所有组合主要产量、品质性状中亲优势相当明显,尤其早熟陆地棉与海岛棉组合主要产量性状中亲优势优于晚熟陆地棉与海岛棉组合,皮棉产量、株铃数、铃重中亲优势平均值分别高出21.3%,39.0%,6.31%.Four kinds of G. hirsutums of different ripe time and five G. barbadense were testcrossed by 4 × 5 incomplete diallel cross and the heterosis of 8 yield character and 5 fiber quality character of the F1 generation were analyzed. The results showed that among the hybrid combinations, the mid - parent heterosis in yield and quality character is obvious and the mid - parent heterosis in the combination between early maturing G. hirsutum and G. barbadense is more obvious than that in the combination between late maturing G. hirsutum and G. barbadense. The average mid - parent heterosis of lint yield, bolls per plant and boll weight of the former combination was higher than the other by 21.3%, 39.0% and 6.31%.
