摘　　要：数字化网络化环境的发展使图书馆服务面临新的挑战。知识转移能力成为现代图书馆的核心能力之一。传统图书馆的知识转移方式是基于编码化的信息网络范式,存在忽视隐性知识转移的不足,而利用Web2.0技术构建基于社会网络范式的图书馆知识转移新模式则提高了隐性知识转移的能力。The development of digital and networked environment brings new challenges to the service of library. The ability of knowledge transfer is becoming the library＇s critical competence. The tradition knowledge transfer paradigm in library, an information - networked paradigm, is based on encoding and has the defect of attaching no weight to tacit knowledge. The application of Web 2.0 in the building of a socialization - networked paradigm can improve the tacit knowledge transfer competence of a library.
