动脉粥样硬化患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的变化及其关系探讨

摘　　要：目的；通过检测动脉粥样硬化（AS）患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF－α）、白细胞介素6（IL－6）和白细胞介素8（IL－8）的水平，以探讨AS与这些细胞因子的关系及临床意义。方法：采用双抗体夹心法ELISA测定45例AS患者及30例健康者（对照组）血清TNF－α、IL－6和IL－8水平．同时采用酶法测定其血脂水平。结果：AS患者血清TNF－α、IL－6和IL－8水平均显著高于正常人（均P＜0.001），且TNF－α水平与IL－6和IL－8、IL－6与IL－8之间均成正相关（r分别为0．485，0．551，0．649．P＜0．05．＜0．02．＜0．01），TNF－α和IL－6与血清胆固醇（CH）、茂密度脂蛋白（LDL）均成正相关（r分别为0．692，0．768和0．479，0．445，P＜0．001，＜0．01和＜0．02，＜0．05）。结论：TNF－α、IL－6和IL－8可能参与AS的形成和发展。篛bjective: To determine the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6)and interleukin 8 (IL-8 ) and research their clinical significance in patients with atherosc1erosis (AS).Methods: Serum levels of TNF-Q, IL-6 and IL-8 in 45 patients with AS and 30 healthy person as controls were determined by enzyme linked immune sandwich assay (ELISA) technique,and the levels of serum cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG) and lipoprotein in patients and controls were also determined by enzyme technique. Results: Serum levels of TNF-α. IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with AS were all significantly higher than those in healthy controls (all P＜0. 001). There was positive correlation of serum TNF-αwith IL－6 ，IL-8 and IL-6 with IL-8(r=0. 485,r=0. 551,r=0. 649,P<0. 05, <0. 02, <0. 01 respective-ly),and there was positive correlation of serum TNF-α and IL-6 with serum CH and low density lipopro-tein (LDL) (r=0. 692,r=0. 768.and r=0. 479.r=0. 445,P<0. 001, <0. 01 and P<0. 02, <0. 05 re-spectively), and there was posltive correlation of serum IL-6 and IL-8 with high density lipoprotein (HDL) (r=0. 666, r=0. 436, P＜0. 001, ＜0. 05). Conclusion: TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 may participate in the pathogenesis and progress of AS.
