摘　　要：网络出版技术的出现拓宽了出版的范围和边界,从介质的更新、流程的再造到内容的管理、阅读方式的改变,数字化已经渗透到出版业的每一个环节。网络出版将根本改变出版的生产、消费及交换方式,从而完成出版发展史上一次彻底的革命,必将推动出版生产力的发展,标志着人类的出版业进入一个崭新的时代。The appearance of the online publishing technology has expanded the publication scope and the boundary. From the medium renewal, the flow restoration, to the content management, the change of reading The online publishing will change its production, expense and switching way, the digitization already seeped to each link of publishing industry scheme radically , which has completed the thorough revolution in pub lieation history. The online publishing technology will certainly impel the development of the publication productive forces , symbolizing that humanity＇s publishing industry will enter one brand new time.
