摘　　要：通过小鼠实验初步估算了肾显像剂99mTc－EC在人体内的辐射剂量，所得结果与其他几种常用肾显像剂作了比较，结果说明，引起偏差的主要原因是4h内没有排尿。The radiation dose in human body caused by renal imaging agent 99mTc-Ec had been evaluated by means of using mice as the experimental model before the volunteer test was conducted. The results were compard with the other renal imaging agents and the diviation of the value was discussed.
